Training
in Pilates is for the individual looking to achieve balanced, total
body conditioning. With an emphasis on the muscles of the
body's center, or "powerhouse," The Pilates Method strengthens
and stretches the whole body while teaching muscle control.
A regular semester of 60-minute classes is 10 weeks long and progressive.(Summer
and Holiday Semesters differ.) Class size is limited to provide
enough individual attention.

Classes are held five mornings a week including SATURDAYS
plus WEDNESDAY EVENINGS. The Friday class at 9:30 is for advanced
and athletic intermediate students. The Tuesday class is Basic level
with a slower pace and more instruction, Wednesday, Thursday and
Saturday 9:30 classes and Wednesday evening classs are Mixed lavel
with more "flow."
*This
winter, the Semester Card is for an unlimited number of classes
for $150.
*Experienced
students may come as a drop-in to any class on a space-available
basis.
